Apply for the Junior Project Management Support Officer and join our team We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Management Support Officer to assist in the coordination and implementation of Earth Observation (EO) projects. The successful candidate will support project managers in planning, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while applying technical knowledge of EO data, remote sensing, and geospatial technologies. Key Responsibilities
Support project managers in the day-to-day execution of Earth Observation projects.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, resource tracking, and risk management activities.
Support communication with clients, partners, and technical teams.
Contribute to project reports, presentations, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing, Geoinformatics, Geography, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in project support, geospatial services, or Earth Observation applications.
Understanding of Earth Observation data sources, satellite imagery, and geospatial workflows.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
Experience working on European or international research and innovation projects.
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
Knowledge of environmental monitoring, climate, agriculture, or land-use applications.
