Do you bring strong financial market knowledge, a proven track record in complex commercial negotiations and a practical approach to technology and automation?br/Join our Data Acquisition team and take ownership of a diverse supplier portfolio, drive value through strategic sourcing and help evolve how we acquire and manage financial data. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliOwn the end-to-end commercial and contractual relationships with strategic data suppliers, leading complex negotiations, contract reviews, supplier development and risk assessments. /liliDevelop and execute supplier and negotiation strategies aligned with business priorities, balancing cost, data requirements, licensing rights and long-term value. /liliChallenge existing commercial models and licensing arrangements, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation and improved contractual flexibility. /liliAct as a senior partner to Product Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance and other stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable sourcing decisions and resolving complex supplier issues. /liliIdentify and assess new data opportunities, monitor industry developments and turn market insights into recommendations for the supplier portfolio and procurement strategy. /liliManage acquisition costs, track savings and other relevant KPIs, and provide clear recommendations and reporting to support management decisions. /liliIdentify and implement AI-driven improvements, building practical agents and automation solutions alongside your supplier management responsibilities. /liliShare expertise and support colleagues on complex supplier, contractual and process-related topics. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliExtensive experience in financial data acquisition, market data procurement or a comparable commercial role, with strong knowledge of exchanges, rating agencies, contributors and other data providers. /liliA proven track record of independently leading complex supplier negotiations and delivering measurable commercial value. /liliStrong understanding of data licensing and contractual frameworks, with the ability to assess usage rights, restrictions, obligations and commercial risks. /liliStrategic judgment combined with a hands‑on approach, confidence in challenging established arrangements and the ability to turn analysis into clear decisions. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and navigate competing priorities. /liliA commercially minded, technically confident profile, with extensive experience applying AI and building agents to solve practical business problems. /liliKnowledge of Python, VBA and Power BI is an advantage. /liliAn independent, solution‑oriented mindset, strong ownership and a willingness to share knowledge and help build team capability. /liliExcellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ulpIf you have any questions, bcheck out our FAQ page /b or call Julia Schmidtat . /ppDiversity is important to us.
