We are looking for an Application DevOps Engineer to help drive automated deployments, GitOps-based delivery, and infrastructure-as-code across cloud and on-premise environments. In this role, you will work closely with application development teams to ensure stable, low-latency, and secure operations while continuously improving deployment workflows, monitoring, and platform resilience. /p h3bWhat You Will Do /b /h3 ul liDesign, implement, and maintain automated deployment workflows using Ansible and GitLab CI/CD. /li liDefine and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks to strengthen operational stability and incident response. /li liDevelop automation and integration scripts in PowerShell, Python, Perl, Bash, and CMD, and work with structured formats such as XML, JSON, and XSL where required. /li liOperate and support monitoring and job scheduling platforms such as Patrol, Elastic, Grafana, and Airflow. /li liTake operational ownership of production services throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, recovery, and continuous improvement. /li liParticipate in a regular on-call rotation for business-critical production systems, responding to incidents outside regular business hours when required, and taking ownership of troubleshooting, mitigation, escalation, and service restoration. /li liLead or actively contribute to incident response, root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews, turning lessons learned into monitoring, automation and reliability improvements. /li /ul h3bWhat You Bring /b /h3 ul liStrong DevOps mindset with experience across the software delivery lifecycle and operating production systems. /li liStrong scripting skills in Python and shell, along with practical experience using GitLab CI/CD; experience with Ansible and infrastructure-as-code is highly valued. /li liSolid understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals /li liHands-on experience operating production systems and containerized application platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift, including deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting. /li liExperience with monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk, or similar tools in containerized environments. /li liClear communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liStrong hands-on troubleshooting skills across applications, Linux/Windows, TCP/IP networking, DNS, firewalls, TLS and containerized platforms. /li liFluent English; German and/or Spanish are an advantage. /li /ul pIf you have any questions, bcheck out our FAQ page /bor call Yuliya Stoyko at . /p pDiversity is important to us.
