Overview In this role you shape the AI-enabled software engineering approach for SIX, anchoring AI SDLC across a regulated financial market infrastructure. You define reference patterns, tooling, and gates to safely scale AI-augmented development. You collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and elevate developer capabilities. This position offers impact through lighthouse engagements and hands-on coaching that accelerates transformation. You join a mission-driven team shaping the future of finance with cutting-edge AI practices. Verantwortungsbereiche Define and implement AI SDLC reference patterns, tooling, and reusable components. Set technical standards for AI-based development, including prompt/agent patterns and AI-generated code reviews. Establish quality and security gates suitable for a regulated FMI environment. Lead people transformation related to AI-enabled development, evolving roles and processes. Conduct lighthouse engagements to baseline impact on backlogs and prove value before scaling. Drive cross-team adoption and foster a community of practice across CH, ES, PL, and IN.
