In this Senior Solution Designer role, you will independently design scalable, secure IT solutions for the financial domain, partnering with business and IT to translate needs into sustainable designs. You’ll drive stakeholder alignment, document solutions, and guide development and testing. Verantwortungsbereiche

• Partner with business and product management to identify improvements and opportunities across the domain for new projects and changes
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions based on clear business requirements
• Manage stakeholders and communicate plans and milestones throughout delivery
• Prepare solution documentation to initiate development and guide the IT team during development and implementation
• Define test cases to enable effective verification of new functionality

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Services, including securities settlement and post-trade processing, plus hands-on IT development
• ability to quickly learn new tools and IT concepts
• strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint) and comfortable working with Jira
• strong prioritization and troubleshooting skills, with a high level of motivation
• very good communication skills in English (verbal and written); German is a plus
