Overview
As a Technical Account Manager at SIX, you bridge technology and customer success to deliver tailored data services for major clients across Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe. You will act as the single point of contact for strategic accounts, coordinating technical work and supporting service upgrades. You help clients maximize value from financial data content while translating technical topics into business language. You join a collaborative, sales-driven team that values growth and close cross-functional partnership to shape the future of finance.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Serve as SPOC for strategic clients for technical coordination, second-level support, and rollout of development requests
- Support clients in enhancing existing services and resolving issues
- Act as trusted advisor on financial data content questions
- Coordinate and track usage metrics, development requests, and ensure timely communication between internal teams and clients
- Coordinate sub-contractors/partners and support upgrades and migrations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Technical background with understanding of IT systems, data structures, interfaces, or integration processes
- Min. 3 years in technical account management or technical project management in financial services
- Excellent customer orientation and ability to translate technical topics into business language
- Strong organizational/project management skills; experience in agile environments is a plus
- Collaborative, commercial mindset with ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
