Overview
In this role you drive the growth agenda for SIX Securities Services, aligning strategy with execution across product areas. You will shape cross‑functional plans, unlock new revenue through partnerships and inorganic growth, and advise senior leaders on strategic decisions. You help position BSS as a leading European post‑trade infrastructure provider by translating strategy into measurable roadmaps. This role offers impact across markets, clients, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.

- Translate strategy into clear roadmaps with disciplined delivery and risk management
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities across clearing, custody, securities finance, and value‑added services
- Lead partnerships and M&A initiatives from evaluation to integration
- Advise senior leadership with strategic insights, business cases, and performance monitoring
- Foster cross‑functional alignment across business units and strengthen client positioning

- Extensive strategy and leadership experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or business development within financial market infrastructures or capital markets
- Strong execution focus with history of delivering large‑scale initiatives
- Deep industry expertise in post‑trade services, market infrastructure dynamics, and regulatory environment
- Experience in partnerships and M&A, including business case development and integration planning
- Influence and communication skills with credibility; fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
