TLNT1_CH Duties and Responsibilities As Banquet Operations and Assistant Restaurant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food Beverage department to provide exceptional product The duties and responsibilities will include: Oversee the Club Alpin, the après pop up oulet of the Six Senses Crans-Montana in the winter Oversee Banquet Operations throughout the year on a as on a when needed basis Assist n the efficient operation of the Wild Cabin restaurant the rest of the year to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards. Support the efficient operation of restaurant outlets in line with Six Senses standards. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist the F B Manager in enhancing restaurant and in-room dining experiences. Regularly review menus, wine lists, and amenities to align with wellness and sustainability principles. Coordinate with Guest Services, Reservations, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, wine lists, and resort facilities. Uphold high standards of grooming, hygiene, safety, and security. Oversee purchasing, stock control, inventory, and storage in accordance with sustainability guidelines. Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly through effective service recovery. Foster clear communication between departments and support daily operations. Complete operational reports, forecasts, inventories, and stocktakes accurately and on time. Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when required. Attend and conduct departmental meetings and briefings. Support all administrative duties assigned by the F B Manager. Ensure compliance with Six Senses service standards and LQA requirements. Monitor service delivery through regular floor presence. Promote continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Qualifications To execute the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field plus two or more years related experience, including management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Diploma in Catering or Business and more than three years' experience in a similar role, preferred. Fluent in English French Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
