In this role, you will work closely with application development teams to ensure stable, low-latency, and secure operations while continuously improving deployment workflows, monitoring, and platform resilience. /ph3What You Will Do /h3ulliDesign, implement, and maintain automated deployment workflows using Ansible and GitLab CI/CD. /liliDefine and continuously improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and runbooks to strengthen operational stability and incident response. /liliDevelop automation and integration scripts in PowerShell, Python, Perl, Bash, and CMD, and work with structured formats such as XML, JSON, and XSL where required. /liliOperate and support monitoring and job scheduling platforms such as Patrol, Elastic, Grafana, and Airflow. /liliTake operational ownership of production services throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, recovery, and continuous improvement. /liliParticipate in a regular on-call rotation for business-critical production systems, responding to incidents outside regular business hours when required, and taking ownership of troubleshooting, mitigation, escalation, and service restoration. /liliLead or actively contribute to incident response, root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews, turning lessons learned into monitoring, automation and reliability improvements. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliStrong DevOps mindset with experience across the software delivery lifecycle and operating production systems. /liliStrong scripting skills in Python and shell, along with practical experience using GitLab CI/CD; experience with Ansible and infrastructure-as-code is highly valued. /liliSolid understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals /liliHands-on experience operating production systems and containerized application platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift, including deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting. /liliExperience with monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk, or similar tools in containerized environments. /liliClear communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. /liliStrong hands-on troubleshooting skills across applications, Linux/Windows, TCP/IP networking, DNS, firewalls, TLS and containerized platforms. /liliFluent English; German and/or Spanish are an advantage. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
