Are you passionate about user experience? You can create concepts for features that boost efficiency for our branches and simultaneously delight our customers during their checkout? In this position you will design global solutions for our operations and customer service colleagues, revolutionizing their way of working and serving our end customers. You will play a critical role in developing the future of our digital internal products and enhancing the user experience throughout the entire rental experience.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You drive the user experience of our SIXT counter applications by creating compelling and validated concepts for features that inspire colleagues and achieve business goals.
• You adapt a hands-on approach to tackle complex issues and pain points by analyzing data as well as collecting first-hand insights at our branches.
• You ensure that end users are well-aware of and properly briefed on upcoming changes to our global counter software.
• You follow up on launched features and evaluate their success, derive required improvements, or challenge them.
• You proactively drive improvements to alignment, communications, and processes around our product.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: You bring initial experience in product management and collaboration with tech teams from e.g. internships or working student positions.
• Attitude and mindset: You have a highly organized and structured approach to work, coupled with a positive, hands-on attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on finding solutions.
• Approach: You have a strong focus on data-driven, impact-oriented approaches, and you are comfortable working with metrics and KPIs. You know how to translate strategy into actionable steps.
• Communication and language skills: You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for others and you are fluent in English; German is a plus.
