Overview As Senior Product Manager, you take on responsibility for our product portfolio in the field of Automation & Digital Products, from PLC, HMI and SCADA to software and digital services such as XR mock ups and digital twin. You develop product strategies, roadmaps and business cases, analyze market, customer and technology trends and derive new product solutions from them. You manage the entire product lifecycle from idea to market launch, work closely with customers, sales, engineering, software development and service, and support sales and business development activities on strategic customer projects. Responsibilities Responsibility for the product portfolio in the field of Automation & Digital Products (PLC, HMI, SCADA, software and digital services such as XR mock up, digital twin, etc.) Development and implementation of product strategies, roadmaps and business cases Analysis of market, customer and technology trends and derivation of new product solutions Gathering and prioritizing customer requirements for new and further developments Managing the entire product lifecycle from idea to market launch Close collaboration with customers, sales, engineering, software development and service Supporting sales and business development activities on strategic customer projects Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, computer science, industrial engineering or comparable education Several years of experience in product management, business development or sales of automation and software solutions Solid knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems Experience in Industry 4.0, digitalization, data integration or IIoT Good understanding of automation, electrical and software engineering Experience in technical sales and requirements management of capital goods or software products Fluent in German and English Softskills Customer focused, communicative and persuasive personality with strong networking skills and a clear, purposeful way of expressing yourself Strategic mindset with strong implementation skills Analytical and structured way of working with strong problem solving skills Strong technical affinity for automation and digital solutions Strong assertiveness and decisiveness High level of initiative, resilience and entrepreneurial thinking Enthusiastic and motivating personality with the ability to win over teams and stakeholders for shared goals Strong identification with products, customers and market requirements We offer you An open and collegial corporate culture where your opinion counts Room for your own ideas and scope to make an impact in a growing market Targeted support for your professional and personal development A job focused onboarding Short decision making paths and flat hierarchies that promote independent work 5 weeks of vacation with the possibility of additional vacation days Additional Information For this position, we are focusing on direct applications and are not working with external agencies.Any dossiers submitted by agencies will not be processed.
