Das voraussichtliche Gehalt liegt zwischen 6000 - 8400 € pro Monat.
SKE is Huawei Value Added Partner. Based in Austria, SKE supplies 16 countries in Europe with smart solar products from Huawei quickly and on time. As a Huawei Value Added Partner and Huawei Service Partner, SKE takes over all sales, service and support activities for Huawei FusionSolar and offers solar solutions for residential, commercial & industrial and utility scale applications.
How you will make your mark:
- Lead Facility Management (consisting of building management, maintenance, construction and infrastructure projects, security, cleaning, etc.)
- Monitoring and documentation of maintenance and inspection dates
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work to ensure that the facility is in good working order
- Monitoring service agreements with external service providers
- Optimising processes and standards in Facility Management
- Creating and managing budgets in the Facility area, including cost tracking and cost control
- Liaising with other departments or stakeholders regarding facility needs assessments and updates
- Energy and sustainability in collaboration with the relevant department
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
- Solid educational background with strong technical understanding of building systems, maintenance and equipment
- Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and other building systems is critical
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Responsible, structured and economical behaviour
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
