Overview In this role you will support the HR Manager to ensure accurate payroll processing, personnel administration and policy implementation for Skechers' Swiss subsidiary. You will handle monthly payroll, deductions, records, and respond to payroll inquiries while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance evaluations and employee relations, contributing to HR projects. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment and may travel occasionally within Europe. This opportunity offers hands-on impact in shaping HR operations in Switzerland. Verantwortungsbereiche Process monthly payroll accurately and timely for all employees Calculate and process payroll deductions (taxes, social security, benefits) Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure regulatory compliance Prepare and distribute payroll reports Assist recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records (personal data, employment history, performance evaluations) Assist with employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies Participate in HR meetings and training; support special HR/Payroll projects and related tasks Travel as needed within region and globally Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor's degree in HR At least 3 years of HR experience Knowledge of labor, social security and wage tax law Strong payroll and personnel administration knowledge Team player with strong organization and attention to detail Self-driven in a fast-paced global environment Excellent communication skills in English and German; French knowledge a plus Ability to read and implement HR policies and initiatives Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet, email) Willingness to travel occasionally team-oriented attention to detail strong organizational skills Word Excel general IT literacy
