Global Team Leader – Supply Chain Recruitment

Your Role:

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for third-party manufacturing (CMOs) in close collaboration with the supply chain team.
• Analyze and evaluate procurement markets to enhance sourcing strategies for the material group/category.
• Oversee end-to-end supplier management, including contract negotiations, supplier consolidation, performance analysis, and conducting quality audits.
• Partner with the Sourcing Excellence team to support and lead process/system improvements and contribute to high-impact projects.
• Act as the primary contact for escalations, resolving challenges, and conducting root cause analyses.
• Manage supplier-related master data and pricing information within relevant systems (e.g., SAP Ariba).

Your Profile:

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement and sourcing, specifically in third-party and contract manufacturing (CMOs).
• Expertise in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in SAP R/3 or S/4HANA (MM) and Ariba.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business as needed.
