Principal Consultant – Commercial
We are seeking a driven and motivated Sales Representative to join a well-established international pharmaceutical company. Based in the Munich office, you will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of prescription and specialty medicines, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving business growth within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacists, and key decision makers.
- Promote and detail assigned products in line with company strategy and compliance requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure territory sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Organize and participate in conferences, events, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a healthcare-related commercial role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven.
- Fluency in German (native level) and good English skills.
