About the Client
At Skrin Advisory, we are partnering with an exciting, fast-growing SaaS startup founded in 2023. Based in Belgium, our client’s innovative application is rapidly gaining traction, and they are aggressively expanding their footprint across the European market. They operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where agility, growth, and forward-thinking are highly valued.
The Role
In this dynamic role, you will work directly alongside the CEO and leadership team to drive sales, build partnerships, and ensure business growth objectives are met. This is not a standard desk job—you will be a vital strategic partner in the company's expansion, which includes traveling frequently across Europe to support the leadership team during important client pitches, business meetings, conferences, and strategic negotiations.
If you thrive in a startup environment, love to travel, and pride yourself on your flawless communication and relationship-building skills, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do
- Growth & Pipeline Support: Assist in managing business development priorities, tracking leads, and handling critical business correspondence to drive market expansion.
- European Travel: Organize end-to-end travel logistics and accompany the CEO on frequent business trips across Europe to ensure smooth client interactions and pitches on the ground.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare strategic sales agendas, attend high-level business meetings, take actionable notes, and actively follow up on key deliverables and proposals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and external stakeholders, representing the company with the utmost professionalism.
- Administrative Excellence: Streamline sales operations, manage CRM updates, handle expense reports, and lead ad-hoc growth projects as the company scales.
What You Bring
- Location & Residency (Strict Requirement): You must currently reside within an EU country. Only applicants with an active Student Visa or Permanent Residency within the EU will be considered. Applications from outside the EU are not eligible for this role.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Administration, or a related dynamic role.
- Language Skills: Complete fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Bonus Points: Fluency in French, German, or Dutch is a strong advantage and will highly benefit your European travels and client negotiations.
- Flexibility: A high willingness to travel frequently around Europe for business.
- Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate business needs before they arise. You are comfortable navigating the changing priorities of a fast-moving startup.
