• As an independent business partner for the area of \“Customer Service & Operations\“, you\’ll utilize financial and commercial data to support data-driven insights, recommendations and decision-making

• You\’ll own and manage the budget and forecast process from a finance perspective ensuring accurate financial planning
• You\’ll create and present business cases and proactively take ownership of implementing improvements and driving ideas into action

Job Description
Tasks

• As an independent business partner for the area of \“Customer Service & Operations\“, you\’ll utilize financial and commercial data to support data-driven insights, recommendations and decision-making
• In your role, you\’ll support your colleagues in the Customer Service area to achieve targets and challenge existing processes
• You\’ll continuously develop and automate processes and reporting tools by contributing new ideas
• You\’ll own and manage the budget and forecast process from a finance perspective ensuring accurate financial planning
• You\’ll create and present business cases and proactively take ownership of implementing improvements and driving ideas into action

Requirements

• You\’ve a degree in business or finance and bring several years of experience in controlling or a comparable area
• You\’re an expert in Excel and confident working with large amounts of data – knowledge of other tools is a plus
• You\’d describe your way of working as analytical, structured and concept-driven
• You think entrepreneurially, take ownership and work independently
• In a team you convince with clear communication and professional appearance, as well as the ability to present financial analyses to a broad range of stakeholders from different business areas
• Good German and English skills round off your profile
