\"The Financial Reporting & Processes department leads all aspects of preparing the consolidated financial statements of Sky Deutschland Group and the related reporting to the parent company. In addition, it\'s our task to analyze accounting principles and to advise the operating divisions and the Finance division on contracts, transactions and projects. Tasks
- You\'ll be involved in the preparation of the annual financial statements of the individual companies, including the preparation of notes, management report and other supplementary documents
- You\'ll also coordinate with management, legal, the Accounting Shared Service Center and the auditors
- You prepare accounting instructions to the Accounting Shared Service Center in relation to HGB / UGB for approval
- You also support the preparation of US GAAP reporting packages for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements of the Sky Deutschland Group
- In your role, you\'ll work on projects as a member of the Financial Reporting & Processes department
- You\'ve successfully completed a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, e.g. accountant (m/f/d) and also have several years of experience in preparing financial statements
- Your very good knowledge of HGB / UGB as well as good knowledge of tax law characterize you - knowledge of US GAAP is a plus point
- You stand out with your quick comprehension, high analytical and conceptual competence
- You combine your independent working style with a confident and self-assured demeanor and persuasiveness
- Your strengths include excellent communication skills in dealing with a wide range of target groups and hierarchical levels as well as good presentation skills
- You\'d describe yourself as very flexible with a high degree of resilience, even in stressful situations
- Confident handling of MS Excel is one of your strengths & SAP knowledge is an advantage - good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
