Job Description
We’re looking for you to join our Customer Contact & Campaigns Team.
Responsibilities
- Your task is to manage external service providers and proactively identify and initiate projects to increase efficiency and automate work processes in our department
- You\’re also responsible for creating documentation and learning videos for the team
- You\’re involved in analyzing existing processes to identify potential for optimization and implement innovative solutions
- In addition, you\’ll be responsible for planning and implementing automation projects to continuously improve productivity and quality
- You\’ll act as a consultant and knowledge broker to ensure that optimal journeys for end customers can be created in the Customer Base department
- You\’ll be the interface between the Customer Contact & Campaigns team and all external implementation partners and IT
- In addition to prioritizing projects, taking into account the contact strategy, the goals of the Customer Base area, and the NewCRM roadmap, you\’ll also act as the contact person for the team for all questions relating to new systems and processes
- You\’ll also be involved in preparing decision-making bases for the line manager and the levels above
Requirements
- You\’ve successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics, sociology, or a similar field, and have several years of job-specific experience in direct marketing or consulting
- Through your professional experience, you\’ve acquired knowledge in campaign management or in the management of commercial and non-commercial customer contacts
- You also have experience in interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Good MS Office skills—especially PowerPoint and Excel—are a given for you
- Very good English rounds out your profile
