What You'll Do As a developer within the Cyber Security Organization, you'll be working on building the critical workflows in Service Now that enable the company's ability to track, fix, and prevent security vulnerabilities and deficiencies.

The applications and workflows you create keep our company and our customers safe and secure.

What You'll Do

• Write efficient, scalable code and continuously improve system performance and stability of the Service Now platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain new Service Now applications and platform enhancements within the scope of Cyber Security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across Service Now modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions, working closely with the Service Now architect and business analysts.
• Utilise Service Now best practices, coding standards, and ITIL processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve development quality.
• Write and maintain automated scripts that test your code against requirements.
• What You'll Bring
• Hands-on experience working with the Service Now platform.
• Service Now development experience (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).
• Basic Service Now Administration experience.
• Understanding of Service Now architecture and performance optimisation techniques.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and high-performing code.
• ITIL or Service Now CSA certifications a plus.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.
