Become a part of our friendly team at our location in Bremen or Hamburg as a Operations & Maintenance Readiness Manager.

Your future tasks:

• You will develop operation and maintenance (O&M) plans from the project development phase through to commissioning.
• You will manage and coordinate tenders and negotiations for service contracts with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• As part of the team, you will be responsible for O&M port planning and the creation of a logistics concept.
• During the design phase, you will work closely with the project team and be responsible for the technical implementation of operational requirements for our offshore wind farms.
• You will plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of O&M requirements until commissioning.
• You will be a competent point of contact for project participants at all times and provide them with technical support.

Your profile:

• You have a university degree in engineering and extensive professional experience in the O&M of complex projects. Experience in the field of wind energy is essential, ideally in offshore wind.
• You have very good MS Office skills.
• In addition to very good written and spoken English skills, you are willing to travel extensively (worldwide) and have strong intercultural skills.
• You are a strong communicator and understand project work primarily as teamwork.
• You are able to manage complex processes in a structured manner and maintain an overview even when working at a fast pace.
• Furthermore, you identify strongly with renewable energies.
