Responsibilities:

• Support the successful FID process and work closely with the Commercial Project Director during construction to ensure a smooth transition at COD.
• Support divestment activities, due diligence process and act as first point of contact for co-shareholders.
• Management, administration of JV agreements, service level agreements and reporting, and preparation of decisions.
• Attend project SteerCo meetings, advise on commercial issues relevant to the asset lifecycle.
• Prepare for best in class commercial and technical asset management with Operations Readiness Manager.
• Prepare for and manage all commercial and contractual obligations and commitments during the operational phase.
• Manage the stakeholder landscape (co-owners, shareholders, lenders, TSO, authorities, NGOs, local stakeholders, etc.).
• Participate in the assumptions of the financial model for the operational phase and ensure holistic budgeting.
• Identify and assess (operational phase) risks holistically, discuss, develop mitigation strategy, steer decision-making processes among owners.
• Contribute to cost optimisation initiatives.
• Liaise with energy marketing team on PPA process.
• Support team members during the operational phase of existing assets.

Your profile:

• Commercial and/or legal asset management background with strong technical acumen.
• Minimum of six years commercial asset management experience, ideally at least three years offshore wind experience.
• Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written.
• Strong communicator up to senior management level.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and able to work in virtual teams.
