We want you to join us as a...Internship Finance - 12 months GenevaWhen: 01 August or upon availabilityYour mission:In this role you will be involved within the Finance department, and you will report to the Accounting Manager under the supervision of senior accountants. You will be able to learn key accounting and Financial reporting processes and contribute to improve efficiency and quality. Your mission will be composed of a mix of periodic closing accounting activities and small projects to monitor throughout the year. To do so, you will be requested to Interact and with internal and external stakeholders, use analytical skills and synthesize to report to the accounting tasks:Accounting period closing activities:- Provide support on General Ledger (GL) accounting; cash analyse accruals, book accounting entries in SAP.- Prepare Balance Sheet and discrepancies- Record and reconcile prepaid expenses- Support of periodic financial reporting package (Financial and analytical schedules)Projects- Implement analysis on P2P process in the context of of new SAP functionalities- Support treasury back-office- Re design the monthly closing based on the requirements from manager and drive (organise trainings, monitor quality)- Review and maintain SOP or Internal Control System required (i,e, adhoc analysis, specific we are looking for:- Pursuing or recently completed Master (or Bachelor) degree in Finance- Previous Working experience is a plus with good level in Excel- Flexibility: You adapt quickly to changing stay open to new ideas and feedback, and step in where needed to support your team- Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team actively contribute ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions- Continuous learning: You are curious and actively seek out and engage in learning opportunities and transfer the acquired knowledge in your daily work- Excellent command in both English and French, German as a we offer:We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
