Home Join Us Head of Engineering Sales Manager – Germany
Skyresponse is a cloud-native SaaS company delivering a managed alarm and safety platform for the telecare, care, and smart building sectors across the Nordics, UK, and Europe. As we accelerate our expansion into the DACH region, we're looking for a Sales Manager Germany to drive growth through our indirect, partner-led go-to-market model.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a network of resellers and channel partners across Germany
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing
- Represent Skyresponse in procurement processes and tenders within the telecare and care sector
- Work closely with our commercial leadership to shape and execute the German market entry strategy
- Build long-term relationships with care providers, municipalities, and technology partners
What we’re looking for:
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, healthcare tech, or telecare
- Strong network or experience within the German care/telecare or public procurement landscape
- Fluent German and English
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing, partner-driven business
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building a new market
Location:
This role is 100% remote. Candidates must be based and resident in Germany.
Travel:
This role includes travel, primarily within Germany, with occasional trips within Europe and to the UK (e.g. for kick-offs, sales conferences, and trade fairs), approximately 2–4 times per year.
