Deine Rolle Als Software Architect gestaltest du die technische Grundlage unserer Softwarelösungen und entwickelst robuste, wartbare und nachvollziehbare Architekturen für sicherheitsrelevante und regulierte Systeme. Du übersetzt Systemanforderungen und operative Bedürfnisse in tragfähige Softwarekonzepte, definierst Schnittstellen und technische Strukturen und begleitest Architekturentscheidungen von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und Verifikation. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Softwareentwicklung, Requirements Engineering, QA, Testing, System Engineering und Projektleitung zusammen und stellst sicher, dass funktionale, technische, sicherheits- und qualitätsrelevante Anforderungen konsistent in der Softwarearchitektur berücksichtigt werden. Wir suchen eine erfahrene und analytisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die komplexe technische Zusammenhänge strukturiert erfasst, fundierte Architekturentscheidungen trifft und Engineering-Teams fachlich bei der Umsetzung nachhaltiger Softwarelösungen unterstützt. Anforderungen Das bringst du mit Aus- und Weiterbildung: Du verfügst über ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering, Systemtechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation. Berufserfahrung: Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwarearchitektur, Systemarchitektur, technischer Leitung oder Senior Software Development mit, idealerweise in Aviation, Aerospace, Defence, Automotive oder einem vergleichbaren regulierten technischen Umfeld. Technisches Verständnis: Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur, Schnittstellen, Systemintegration, Traceability und technischer Dokumentation und kannst komplexe Anforderungen in klare, wartbare und testbare Architekturkonzepte überführen. Organisationstalent: Du kannst komplexe technische Abhängigkeiten strukturieren, Architekturentscheidungen nachvollziehbar aufbereiten und unterschiedliche technische Anforderungen und Interessen zusammenführen. Qualitätsbewusstsein: Du hast einen hohen Anspruch an robuste, nachvollziehbare und langfristig wartbare Softwarearchitekturen und bist mit den Anforderungen sicherheitsrelevanter oder regulierter Systeme sowie relevanten Standards und Vorgaben vertraut. Pragmatische Arbeitsweise: Du verbindest langfristige Architekturziele mit praktikablen technischen Lösungen, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen und setzt AI-gestützte Werkzeuge dort ein, wo sie einen konkreten Mehrwert schaffen. Due to our growth and to strengthen our software team, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Software Architect. Your Role As a Software Architect, you will shape the technical foundation of our software solutions and develop robust, maintainable and traceable architectures for safety-critical and regulated systems. You will translate system requirements and operational needs into viable software concepts, define interfaces and technical structures, and accompany architectural decisions from conception through implementation and verification. In this role, you will work closely with software development, requirements engineering, QA, testing, systems engineering and project management, ensuring that functional, technical, safety and quality requirements are consistently addressed in the software architecture. We are looking for an experienced and analytically minded individual who can systematically grasp complex technical interrelationships, make sound architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to engineering teams in implementing sustainable software solutions. Requirements Who are we looking for Education: A degree or qualification in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering or a comparable technical field. Professional Experience: Several years of experience in software architecture, system architecture, technical leadership or senior software development, ideally in aviation, aerospace, defence, automotive or a comparable regulated technical environment. Technical Understanding: A very good grasp of software architecture, interfaces, system integration, traceability and technical documentation, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, maintainable and testable architecture concepts. Organisational Skills: The ability to structure complex technical dependencies, present architectural decisions in a traceable manner, and reconcile different technical requirements and interests. Quality Awareness: High standards for robust, traceable and long-term maintainable software architectures, and familiarity with the requirements of safety-critical or regulated systems as well as relevant standards and guidelines. Pragmatic Approach: The ability to balance long-term architectural goals with practical technical solutions, make sound decisions, and use AI-powered tools where they provide concrete added value. Communication Skills: The ability to convey complex technical relationships clearly, justify architectural decisions comprehensibly, and collaborate constructively with development, QA, systems engineering, project management and other stakeholders.
