Enterprise Architect

JD:

• List all applications used across enterprise.

• Suggest and implement an application management tool like LeanIX.

• Develop and maintain the organization’s enterprise architecture (EA) strategy and framework.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to assess business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient IT solutions.

• Work to develop a strategy around applications rationalization and transformation.

• Design the overall structure of IT systems and recommend technologies that align with business objectives.

• Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for architecture and technology.

• Lead the development of architecture roadmaps and transition plans.

• Ensure the integrity, security, and scalability of enterprise systems and platforms.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption or integration.

• Work with software developers, system architects, and data analysts to ensure consistency with architectural vision.

• Provide guidance and oversight during major IT projects or transformations.

• Document the enterprise architecture and maintain architectural models and inventories.

Qualification & Experience:

Must have atleast 10 years of extensive experience working as enterprise architect.

Must be well versed in Infra and business applications and technologies.

Expertise in systems integration, data architecture, and cybersecurity principles.

Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of business processes across Manufacturing industry.
