What will you be doing?

You will be part of the Data team, managing the entire data lifecycle for research—sourcing, processing, and storage. Your work will support the research teams with data bundles for training models at scale.

Handling over a million hours of video and audio data, you\’ll scale open-source models, build systems for efficient data querying, and optimize deep learning pipelines in production. This role blends ML infrastructure and research engineering, directly impacting AI research and enabling our R&D department\’s efficiency.

Audio and video data pose unique challenges. Your efforts will help us address edge cases (such as high-resolution or long-duration videos) and improve element detection—from identifying individuals to understanding emotional cues.

Who are you?

• Background in Computer Science, Computer Vision, or Audio ML
• Experience in deep learning teams and production environments
• Strong Python skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Hands-on with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Kubeflow, Spark)
• Interest in large-scale, non-tabular data (video, audio, images)

Bonus points if you have experience in:

• Audio domain — TTS, emphasis prediction, transcription
• Video domain — transcoding, downscaling
• Model optimization — GPU utilization, CPU/GPU workloads
