Overview
In this role you ensure safe, efficient PSD delivery at the wellsite and support service execution for customers. You may lead crews, operate equipment, or supervise site activities, serving as the primary technical and operational representative on site. You’ll participate in planning, risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and regulatory standards. This is a field-focused opportunity within SLB’s mission to unlock energy access while advancing decarbonisation and responsible operations.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
- Execute and support safe and effective service delivery at the wellsite
- Participate in job planning, risk assessments, and operational execution
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to promote products and services
- Ensure company, client, and regulatory compliance through CAT implementation, self assessments, and wellsite inspections
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings and support performance improvement action plans
- Actively contribute to HSE and Quality initiatives
- Wear required PPE and consistently observe HSE policies and procedures
- Maintain all mandatory safety, technical, and role specific certifications and training
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Relevant experience in the Energy Industry (Oil & Gas, Energy Services, or related sectors)
- Proven experience in field operations, wellsite activities, equipment operation, or field supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to apply logic in dynamic environments
- Personal commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team‑based, safety‑critical environments
