At our headquarters in Adliswil, just 15 minutes from the metropolis of Zurich, our passion lies in innovative smart home solutions. We are an independent, owner-managed Swiss company specializing in the development of hardware and software solutions for building automation. Our patented SMART PLACE system enables intuitive control of all building automation needs – from lighting and climate control to sauna settings – via a centrally installed touch panel or remotely using a mobile device.

Sounds interesting? Then become part of our team! We are looking for a Head of Marketing 100% , available immediately or by arrangement, who is eager to take on ambitious challenges, is highly motivated, and has a passion for technology. You’ll report directly to the C-Suite.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that strengthens SMART PLACE’s brand awareness and solidifies our market position, working closely with product management and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement GTM plans for new regions within Switzerland and new global markets.
  • Refine our positioning, product, pricing, and promotion strategy.
  • Lead a dedicated team in a fast-growing company, support its development, and ensure that all marketing activities are carried out efficiently and in a targeted manner.
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns, social media strategies, trade fairs, webinars, and other events to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and implement a communication and content strategy tailored to our target audiences and their customer journey.
  • Create and manage the marketing budget while monitoring costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses, define KPIs, and provide regular marketing activity reports to management.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy and be the brand champion across the company and partner network.
  • Build strong collaborations with B2B brands within our industry.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in a related industry.
  • Extensive experience with B2B marketing in online channels, print, and events.
  • Experience developing and executing GTM plans for new markets.
  • Data-driven decision maker who can develop the right KPIs to steer our business strategy.
  • Experience working within the revenue team to achieve our annual targets.
  • Proven experience in leading and motivating teams, as well as in interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Experience supporting B2B partners with their marketing efforts and our brand representation.
  • Strong German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for technology.
