Purpose of the role

The HR Director creates the global people plans and short-term actions and has the accountability for the divisional results. In this role the job holder manages the divisional performance, hires and develops talents and sets up people programs. At this level the incumbent must ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the entire function along the employment life cycle and touch points. We are looking for a hands-on person who is able to understand and to manage administrative change management issues as well as payroll processes. The position is located in Wiesbaden, with hybrid option.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Supervision, professional consulting and support of managers and employees in all HR-related issues at all locations across the entire employment life cycle
  • Identification and proactive support and solutions in all HR related matters, creation of HR guidelines as needed
  • Ensuring and further developing service quality and in the HR focus areas of Performance Management, Succession Management, Talent Management & Career Development, Compensation & Benefits in accordance with local and global requirements
  • Active support and implementation of individual personnel measures as well as change management in the context of transfers, promotions or restructurings
  • Close cooperation with internal interface departments
  • Supporting the payroll in all regions and preparation of personnel data for monthly payroll accounting
  • Independent project work

Qualification

  • Completed studies with a focus on human resources or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • At least 3 years of management experience as personnel manager
