Your mission

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to take on technical responsibility for our web development. You will lead the architecture and implementation of new features, optimize existing codebases, and ensure that our web apps and websites meet the highest quality and performance standards. In addition to development, you will play a key role in technical decision-making, support your team with best practices, and promote a scalable and maintainable codebase. You will work closely with design, product management, and backend teams and thrive in an agile environment.

Your profile

Technical Leadership: Experience in the architecture, scaling, and quality assurance of web applications and websites.
Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, NodeJS, and reactive programming with RxJS.
Experience: Over 10 years of experience in web development, familiarity with REST APIs, and setting up CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
Work Approach: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, experience in leading and mentoring development teams. Strong interest in new technologies and best practices.
