Salesforce Administrator (m/w/d)

Your mission

In this role, you will play an active part in the daily administration and continuous enhancement of our Salesforce instance. Working closely with various business units, you will help translate diverse functional requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions that drive operational efficiency and business impact.

You will take ownership of initial development tasks using Apex and Visualforce – from smart automations and streamlined workflows to tailored extensions that elevate our data-driven decision-making.

Additionally, you will support the quality assurance and documentation of technical solutions, ensuring a sustainable system landscape and consistent governance standards across the platform.

With your proactive mindset and passion for innovation, you will contribute valuable ideas to the implementation and ongoing evolution of Agentforce, helping to shape a Salesforce environment that is both future-ready and user-centric.

Your profile

• Initial professional experience with Salesforce in a junior admin and/or junior programming role
• Basic knowledge of Apex programming and interest in developing this further
• Understanding of the structure and logic of CRM systems and their business relevance
• Technical understanding of data models, automation and user interfaces
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
• Strong communication skills in German and English
