Senior Staff Engineer (m|f|d) As a Senior Staff Engineer, you act as a technological visionary for our product area. Together, we are building a next‑generation platform that functions as a universal advertising OS – high‑performing and flexible. For this role, we look for someone who combines business strategy with technical excellence, shapes system architecture, and strengthens our teams through active mentoring.
Responsibilities
Shape the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of our platform with a special focus on our new agent subsystems.
Act as an active member of our Lead Dev circle and cross‑team chapters.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and approaches.
Drive the adoption of agentic engineering and support our engineering teams in the process.
Significantly steer and shape our engineering security strategy.
Mentor and serve as a point of contact for our junior engineers.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Staff Engineer.
At least 8 years of hands‑on software development with a strong engineering foundation.
Direct experience building LLM‑powered agent harnesses and using modern tools for agent orchestration.
Well‑versed in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Confidently navigate cloud‑native environments.
Profound experience with modern software security strategies.
Comfortable operating in an international setting and speaking English.
Enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues.
