The team is growing, andwe are looking for different types of seniority profiles whose main tasks will be: /p ul liCarrying out reviews of key clients (private clients, companies, institutional clients,external asset managers, introducing brokers, etc.) from an AML/CTF standpoint (AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, CDB) /li liConducting enhanced due diligence analyses and declassifications /li liDrafting formal compliance assessments, including the ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously /li liProviding support and advice to the front office and management /li /ul pDepending on the level of seniority, the following tasks may also be required: /p ul liAssisting the Manager in supporting the team daily, including providing responses to questions, conducting second-level reviews of team members’ assessments, and serving as a trusted role model in terms of work quality, efficiency, and professional behavior /li liAssist in developing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures in line with evolving regulations and industry best practices /li liOptimization of internal processes, including the review and drafting of internal guidelines /li /ul ul liBachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, preferably in Law, Economics, International Relations, Political Science, or similar /li li3-5years of financial services compliance experience /li liKnowledge of the Swiss legal framework /li liExcellent command of English and French /li liAnalytical and methodological approach /liliStructured and professional working style /li liInterest and experience in data analysis (including Excel) and PowerPoint /li liExcellent writing and communication skills /li liStrong team player who enjoys working in a multicultural, dynamic, technological, and international environment /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
