Automotive Diagnostic Technician (m/f/d) – with Italian and English

As Automotive Diagnostic Technician you will be part of theTechnical Helpdeskof a well-known vehicle manufacturer to assist the retailer with the timely resolution of technical ormechanical concernsof the vehicle.Answering technician querieswhen the retailer has been unable to resolve a customer concern via reference to normal data sources (literature, bulletins, etc.), electronic and online support from diagnostic tools.

• Supportretailers and NSCs to resolve technical concerns.
• IncreaseFirst Time Fix Rates and Customer Satisfaction with theobjectiveof reducing Warranty Cost and Repeat Repairs.
• Carryout Support to dealer network on Hard to fix vehicles to improve concern fix rates.
• Workin close relationship with Engineering and Product Investigation teams toidentifyvehicle product concerns in quantifiable, and factual data.
• Answeringtechnical queries primarily by electronic system but whereappropriate alsoby telephone orWebExsession.
• Createelectronic records to document contact details and diagnostic advice on client system.
