Job Description
In addition to a comprehensive professional onboarding process and a strong personal network of clients, you will gain deep insights into thestrategic and transactionalbusiness and the private equity industry from day one.In your position as Principal Value Creation & Strategy, you will work closely with our clients in the private equity sector. You will distinguish yourself through your professional communication and presentation skills anddemonstrateyour ability toidentifythe client's needs. Through your empathetic leadership qualities, you will deliver the highest quality to our clients and provide the team with an environment that offers potential for further development, thereby contributing to the success of our company.

Master'sdegreein Business Administrationorarelatedfieldofstudy(suchasBusiness Management, BusinessInformatics, General Management)withoutstandinggrades
8+yearsof relevant professional experience in the strategy consulting fieldand proventrack recordin businessoptimisation
Strongpersonalitywithaconfidentdemeanorandexperiencein an internationalbusinessenvironment
