The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and an acute sense of attention to detail. /p bRESPONSIBILITIES /b ulliEffectively communicate with our internal customer support team in order to resolve dispute requests. /liliProcess dispute related transactions in the respective internal and card scheme systems(Visa and MasterCard platforms). /liliReview of card transaction monitoring alerts to flag or identify suspicious activity outside the normal pattern and activity. /liliInvestigate and take immediate action on alerts, notifications and reporting to always ensure compliance. /liliResolve issues on behalf of card holders in support of dispute resolution processing, compare alternative actions and decide on appropriate approach. /liliRespond to requests in relation to transactions. /liliMaintain all investigation records and case outcomes. /liliDevelop and maintain strong working knowledge of all relevant card scheme rules and regulations. /liliExplore new ways that can help improve existing fraud strategies. /liliContinuously learning and improving on product and job knowledge. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ulliMinimum of 3years’ experience in banking operations department. /liliKnowledge of Visa and MasterCard dispute rules and regulations is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset. /liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French. /liliExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliStrong analytical abilities. /liliCapability to think out of the box. /liliAble to work within a team. /liliAble to manage stress and work with high volumes. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pSQ1 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
