You will be part of an integrated delivery team responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects—from design and procurement through to construction and handover. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where you will directly influence outcomes, drive programme performance, and contribute to commercial success. /p ul liBe part of a delivery-focused model where you own outcomes, not just process /li liGain exposure to end-to-end project delivery, including commercial and supply chain management /li liWork within an integrated team environment that enables faster decision-making and real impact /li liDevelop a broader, more commercially focused skillset /li /ul pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liLead the delivery of construction and fit-out projects frominceptionthrough to completion /li liManage programme, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project outcomes /li liCoordinate design, procurement, and construction activities within an integrated delivery model /li liAct as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle /li liManage contractor and supplier performance, driving accountability and high standardsof delivery /li liSupport procurement strategies, including engagement with supply chain partners /li liIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution /li liEnsure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations, timelines, and budget expectations /li liContribute to continuous improvement and standardisation across project delivery /li /ul pbSkills Experience /b /p ul liProven experience in project management within construction, ideally in commercial office fit-out or similar sectors /li liStrong understanding of the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, and construction delivery /li liDemonstrated commercial awareness, including budget management and cost control /li liExperience managing contractors and working with supply chains /li liAbility to manage risk, make decisions, andoperateeffectively in fast-paced environments /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills /li liProactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach ul liDegree-qualified in construction, project management, or a related discipline /li liWorking towards or holding a professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, APM, or similar) is desirable /li liCan speak, write and read in both French and English. /li /ul /li /ul pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
