- Advise and support ABOUT YOU on individual and collective employment law matters, including related areas such as employee data protection
- Act as a point of contact for our HR department on a wide range of employment-related agreements in both German and English and handle employment law disputes
- Provide employment law support in complex national and international transactions and restructurings
- Support our department through legal research and preparation, as well as by contributing to ongoing projects and transactions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments as well as external law firms
- Work directly with and regularly exchange with the Director of Legal & Compliance
- Successfully completed law studies and passed both German State Examinations; ideally with at least one exam graded “fully satisfactory” (vollbefriedigend) or above
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, e.g., at an internationally operating law firm or an international company
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong affinity for technology and a keen interest in quickly familiarising yourself with new digital and legal topics
- Structured and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to quickly grasp complex matters and communicate them in a clear and comprehensible way
- Strong team player with flexibility and initiative, and an interest in working with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic and international environment
