Job Description Your team: You will strengthen the ARTELIA Industrie Suisse SA team in Pratteln (Basel area), within a fast-growing industrial engineering environment. We deliver challenging projects in industrial plants and process industries, both as EPCM/turnkey support and on-site technical assistance, across the full project lifecycle: feasibility, engineering, detailed design, execution and commissioning (greenfield or brownfield). To support our growth, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer, able to contribute both technically and in the leadership to tackle challenges on our projects. Your responsibilities: Conduct low-voltage, medium-voltage, and high-voltage electrical distribution studies.Design electrical schematic diagrams.Specify electrical equipment (technical specifications and/or datasheets for power conversion systems (inverters), main low-voltage switchboards, transformers, etc.).Defining and sizing instruments (instrument datasheets/instrument lists, etc.) would be a real added value.Based on the equipment list, establish contact with suppliers in collaboration with the Purchasing department.Ensure technical comparison of offers and technical discussions with suppliers.Participate in project costing and financial, technical, and quality management.Verify input data and compliance with applicable standardsEnsure quality of detailed engineering deliverablesAct as technical interface with process, electrical and mechanical teamsExecute FAT, SAT as well as IQ/OQ and commissioning activities Project coordination & client interface (hybrid role) Act as the main technical contact for the clientLead EIA work packages according to your seniorityMonitor schedule, costs and progressPropose and present optimized technical solutionsSupport and mentor junior engineers On-site activities Assignments at industrial client sites in German-speaking Switzerland and occasionally across SwitzerlandParticipation in commissioning and plant start-upProvide technical support during operation when required Qualifications Your Profile : Education Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience Minimum 8–10 years in industrial sectorProven expertise in Electrical engineering activities and commissioningExperience in the Swiss industrial environment.Experience in chemicals, pharmaceuticals or process industries preferred Technical skills Solid background in EMSR / EIA and instrumentationGMP knowledge: plus Languages Fluency in German PratteeEnglish: professional working level requiredFrench: an asset Personal skills Structured and analytical mindsetHigh level of autonomy and ownershipStrong client-facing attitudeTeam player with technical leadership capabilitiesWillingness to work on industrial sites Additional Information What We Offer Opportunity to shape and grow ARTELIA’s Basel activitiesDynamic and collaborative environment within an international engineering groupTravel to be expected at the regional level (BS, BL, AG, SO).Permanent full-time position #J-18808-Ljbffr
