The successful candidate will contribute both technically and through leadership in the delivery of challenging projects within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and process industries. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pReporting to the office director, you will be involved in projects for new installations or improvements to existing units. In this context, your missions will consist of: /p h3Electrical Engineering (EIA / EMSR) /h3 ul liConduct low-voltage, medium-voltage, and high-voltage electrical distribution studies. /li liDesign and prepare electrical schematic diagrams. /li liSpecify electrical equipment, including power conversion systems, main low-voltage switchboards, transformers, and associated systems. /li liDefine and size instrumentation equipment, including preparation of instrument datasheets and instrument lists. /li liCollaborate with the Purchasing Department to identify and engage suppliers. /li liCarry out technical bid evaluations and technical discussions with suppliers. /li liParticipate in project costing and ensure financial, technical, and quality monitoring of projects. /li liVerify input data and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. /li liEnsure the quality of detailed engineering deliverables. /li liAct as technical interface between process, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. /li liExecute FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ, commissioning, and start-up activities. /li /ul h3Project Coordination Client Interface /h3 ul liAct as the main technical contact for customers. /li liLead EIA work packages according to project requirements. /li liMonitor project schedules, costs, and overall progress. /li liPropose and present optimized technical solutions. /li liSupport and mentor junior engineers. /li liReport to the office director concerning the development of local activities. /li /ul h3On-Site Activities /h3 ul liPerform assignments at industrial client sites in German-speaking Switzerland and occasionally throughout Switzerland. /li liParticipate in commissioning and plant start-up activities. /li liProvide technical support during plant operation when required. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pMaster's Degree or Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. /p pYou have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering, including significant involvement in engineering, commissioning, and plant start-up activities. /p pYou have proven expertise in EIA/EMSR systems and a solid understanding of instrumentation and industrial electrical installations. /p pYou are familiar with the Swiss industrial environment and ideally have experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or process industries. /p pYou possess strong project coordination and technical leadership capabilities, enabling you to manage technical interfaces and contribute to the successful delivery of complex projects. /p pKnowledge of GMP environments would be considered a strong asset. /p pYou are recognized for your structured and analytical mindset, your high level of autonomy, your sense of ownership, and your ability to build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. /p pYou are comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers. /p pYou are willing to work on industrial sites and participate in commissioning and operational support activities when required. /p pFluent German is essential.
