Retail Area Manager Switzerland

Reporting directly to our North of Europe Zone Director and working closely with the commercial, accounting, administrative, and HR departments, you will be responsible for developing the company\’s commercial strategy in Switzerland.

You will ensure compliance with legal and mandatory requirements across all our points of sale. Additionally, you will actively interact with Store Managers regarding the organization, management, and coordination of teams, as well as administrative and commercial aspects.

Sales and Profitability: Execute commercial strategies to maximize the profitability of the stores in your area.

Define sales strategies and action plans within the management area, aiming to achieve and surpass established objectives by analyzing sales KPIs and identifying growth opportunities.

Customer Experience: Collaborate with teams and Store Managers to deliver personalized service aligned with group standards and adapted to the local market.

Train and support teams to understand customer needs, enabling them to provide an excellent client experience consistent with company standards and our service ceremonies.

People Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop Store Managers in your area; ensure commercial motivation, training, coaching, action plans, and HR support.

Operations Control: Act as the link between points of sale and HQ to organize, manage, and ensure compliance with processes related to stock, transfers, commercial actions, visuals, etc.

Supervise the opening and closing of POS, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

• Leadership skills with a passion for motivating, supporting, and training teams.
• Strong interest and sensitivity for fashion.
• Proven retail experience in the fashion industry.
• Commitment to ensuring smooth daily operations supporting commercial objectives.
• Problem-solving ability with independent decision-making skills, respecting company guidelines and customer needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in German & English; proficiency in French is an asset, given the group\’s location in Paris and scope in French-speaking Switzerland.
