You will work with all SMG Swiss Marketplace Group business units and join a team of highly driven digital and performance marketing experts. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our success. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the planning, execution, and continuous optimisation of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) activities across multiple SMG brands, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth. /li liOwn the Google Ads best practices and expertise while contributing to and supporting other performance marketing channels, such as Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display, when required. /li liAct as a strategic consultant to Business Units, advising on performance marketing best practices tailored to their specific business models, including conversion strategy, campaign structure, actionable recommendations and growth opportunities. /li liOwn and streamline the operational workflow across Business Units by managing incoming requests, prioritising and assigning tasks, and ensuring timely delivery through clear timelines, while acting as the central point of contact with Data teams to coordinate data-related initiatives for accurate and scalable execution. /li liDrive performance through a strong data-driven and experimentation mindset by establishing and scaling structured testing frameworks to identify optimisation opportunities, improve incrementality, and unlock new growth levers. /li liChallenge existing approaches and proactively identify opportunities to optimise processes, workflows, and ways of working across teams. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liNative German speaker (mandatory) and fluent in English. /li li+9 years of experience in digital performance marketing, with deep expertise in Paid Search (SEA) and a proven track record of managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns in complex, multi-brand environments, supported by a strong understanding of cross-channel strategies. /li liDemonstrated ability to act as a bridge between technical (data/analytics) and marketing teams, translating business needs into actionable implementations. /li liHands‑on experience with Google Marketing Platform tools, including SA360, DV360, and CM360. /li liStrong analytical and technical skillset, with practical experience in GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Google Tag Manager. /li liSolid experience in feed management and Google Shopping, with the ability to leverage product data as a performance driver. /li liStrong operational and project management skills, with experience coordinating workflows, prioritising tasks, and ensuring delivery across multiple stakeholders, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to challenge, influence, and consult business units on strategic decisions. /li liProactive, structured problem-solver with a high level of ownership and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. /li liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul li6 weeks of holiday per year (plus option to buy 10 extra). /li li40‑hour work week with flexitime (capped at 45 hours). /li liA hybrid work setup with flexibility to work remotely. /li liGenerous parental leave: 18 weeks for maternity and 6 weeks for paternity/adoption. /li liSBB Half‑Fare Card and first‑class travel between SMG offices in Switzerland. /li liGender‑neutral pay and transparent career paths. /li liChoose your gear: Mac or Windows laptop, and iPhone, Samsung, or Pixel mobile. /li liAn inclusive and innovative environment where your voice matters. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
