Le Superviseur Maintenance pilote les activités quotidiennes de maintenance réactive afin de garantir la disponibilité et la performance des équipements. Leader de proximité, il coordonne les techniciens, gère les priorités opérationnelles et assure un support technique lors des interventions complexes. Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées Organiser les interventions, affecter les ressources et adapter les priorités en fonction des besoins de la production. Encadrer, accompagner et développer les techniciens tout en favorisant une culture de sécurité, qualité, engagement et amélioration continue. Apporter un support technique, structurer le troubleshooting et assurer une communication efficace lors des événements majeurs. Conduire les analyses de causes racines, piloter les actions correctives et contribuer à la réduction des pannes récurrentes. Suivre les principaux KPIs de maintenance et définir les plans d’amélioration necessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs du site. Assurer la qualité des données, la documentation et la clôture des interventions. Deployer les initiatives “Medtronic Maintenance Excellence”.
