Consultant (m/w/d) for Change Management

We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg und München.

What you can expect

  • You define holistic change strategies, lead the customer through this process with foresight and accompany participatory cooperation processes in the sense of change management.
  • You work in parallel projects of different sizes, complexity and duration as a (partial) project manager and/or as a project team member.
  • You design and moderate tailor-made customer workshops by using various workshop tools as well as qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • You see the bigger picture and value an open-ended, holistic approach.
  • You lead and support our employees and make a significant contribution to the further development of combine.

  • Academic degree in the fields of social sciences, psychology, business psychology, organizational psychology, business education, economics or related.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; Management experience of interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Your way of working is proactive, committed, independent and structured; professional and confident; with holistic and networked thinking.
  • You are a strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented, team player and creative personality.
  • Business fluent German language skills and good English language skills.
