We are looking for an Agency Partner to join Snap Inc. based in Hamburg or Berlin.
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with Germany’s largest agency networks to unlock their investments on Snap and make them multipliers for Snap’s business in the German market.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with key agency stakeholders.
- Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities via agencies.
- Offer strategic media solutions through a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute operational and strategic initiatives.
- Create persuasive sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies. Design and deliver programs to educate and inspire agency teams.
- Analyze agency investments and campaign performance, offering optimization recommendations.
- Regularly update agencies on Snapchat’s products, developments, and best practices.
- Manage commercial deals, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and the agency trading relationship.
- Balance priorities to drive innovation, fulfill learning agendas, and drive Snap’s revenue.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- In-depth understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystems.
- Extensive expertise in social media, mobile apps, and digital/mobile marketing.
- Proven track record of engaging and partnering with C-level agency executives, securing support from key stakeholders.
- Strong network of relationships with agency decision-makers.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a quick turnaround in generating reports and organizing data in spreadsheets and presentations.
- Excellent project management skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Skilled in managing ambiguity while maintaining an action-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BSc degree or equivalent preferred
- 8+ years of media sales marketing / online advertising experience working with agencies
- Ability to travel as needed
- Fluency in German and English is required to interact with external and internal stakeholders
