We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Team Lead (SAP SD) to join a major SAP S/4HANA RISE implementation program within the Financial Services and Payments sector.
Role is based in Frankfurt / Germany.

Scope
The project is entering the implementation phase, and the selected consultant will be responsible for leading the SAP Order-to-Cash workstream, ensuring successful delivery of the approved solution design while acting as the primary point of contact for all SAP SD-related activities.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams, with a strong onsite presence at the client location in the Frankfurt area
- Lead the SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) workstream during the implementation phase
- Oversee SAP SD configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure successful delivery of the approved solution design and business requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for all SAP SD-related topics and decisions
- Manage and coordinate SD consultants and project resources within the workstream
- Facilitate workshops and support business process validation activities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between SAP functionality and operational requirements
- Drive issue resolution and provide guidance on SAP SD best practices
- Support integration activities with related SAP modules and business processes
- Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes
- Contribute to testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live preparation
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- 9+ years of SAP SD consulting experience
- Strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash processes
- Deep knowledge of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Customer Master Data
- Proven experience leading SAP SD workstreams within implementation projects
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollout programs
- Experience working on RISE with SAP projects is highly desirable
- Ability to manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience coordinating teams and leading functional consultants
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent English is required
- German and/or Italian language skills are considered an advantage
- Strong quality-focused and results-oriented mindset
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be based in Frankfurt or the surrounding area
- Ability to work onsite at the client location for the majority of the assignment
- Available to support a full-time implementation engagement
