Solution Consultant – Snke Data in München

What you’ll do

As a Solution Consultant – Snke Data, you will work closely with healthcare organizations to help them unlock the value of their data through our Hospital Data Space (HDS) and HX Now solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, you will understand customer needs, develop tailored solution concepts, and support successful implementations. Working alongside Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Professional Services, you will play a key role in helping customers solve complex healthcare and data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers throughout the sales process, from initial discovery to successful deal closure
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into compelling solution concepts and value propositions
• Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and customer presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them understand how HDS and HX Now can support their goals
• Support responses to proposals, tenders, and customer requests
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, R&D, Delivery, and other stakeholders to address customer needs
• Contribute to pipeline development, forecasting, and commercial success
• Stay up to date on healthcare, digital health, and healthcare data trends to support customers and internal teams

What we’re looking for

• Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, technical sales, or a comparable customer-facing role
• Experience working with software, healthcare, data, analytics, or digital health solutions
• Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into solution concepts and business value
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across commercial and technical teams
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of enterprise sales processes
• Structured and proactive way of working
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
