My client is a global market leader in providing cutting-edge SaaS solutions to help organisations transform and streamline their human capital management (HCM) & HR / TA processes. Their suite of HCM / HRSaaS solutions enables enterprises to optimise their HR practices, workforce management, talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and employee development in a scalable and efficient manner. They are looking for an experienced Business Value Consultant to join their dynamic team and drive meaningful results for their Enterprise customers in the DACH & EE regions.

Role Overview :

As a Business Value Consultant , you will work closely with our Enterprise customers, primarily in the DACH region, to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. You will leverage your deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and HRSaaS to articulate the value of our solutions, ensuring that customers achieve measurable success and ROI from their investment in our products. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers through the digital transformation of their HR processes while ensuring a seamless and impactful SaaS implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Enterprise clients to identify business challenges and opportunities where their HCM / HRSaaS solutions can add value, and translate these into clear, actionable business outcomes.
  • ROI & Business Case Development :
  • Lead the development of business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI calculations for clients, ensuring the effective articulation of both short-term and long-term value propositions.
  • Solution Customisation :
  • Tailor HCM / HR solution strategies to meet the specific needs of Enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and HCM goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key HR decision-makers at Enterprise clients, effectively communicating the value of their solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Support presentations, design and strategic demonstrations process by guiding customers through the adoption and configuration of my clients HCM solutions, ensuring they realise the full potential of the platform.
  • Customer Success :
  • Collaborate with the sales, customer success and account management teams to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and achievement of desired business outcomes.
  • Market Expertise :
  • Stay up-to-date on HR industry trends and the HCM competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Training & Enablement :
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for customers, ensuring they fully understand how to use the solution and maximize their investment.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 7 / 8 years of experience in a similar Advisory or strategic pre-sales consulting role within the HCM / HRSaaS space, with a focus on Enterprise customers & C-suite engagements.
  • Language Skills :
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential for engaging with Enterprise clients in the DACH & EE regions.
  • Industry Knowledge :
  • Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) and related HR technologies, with experience in SaaS and Cloud HCM deployments in large, complex organisations.
  • Customer-Facing Experience :
  • Proven track record of working directly with C-level executives and senior HR professionals to articulate business value and drive adoption of HCM solutions.
  • Analytical & Financial Acumen :
  • Expertise in developing business cases, ROI analysis, and demonstrating the financial benefits of HR & HCM SaaS investments.
  • Consultative Selling :
  • Ability to lead consultative sales discussions, demonstrating deep knowledge of customer needs and translating those into strategic business solutions.
  • Strong presentation and software demo skills with the ability to oversee multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of value-driven outcomes.
  • Communication Skills :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex HR / HCM concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with global or multi-national Enterprise clients in the HR / HCM tech space.
  • Knowledge of the latest HR trends and SaaS innovations in the HCM field.
  • Consulting certifications or specific training in SaaS or HCM solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.) is a plus.
