Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable qualification Specialization in Controlling, Finance or Data Analytics is an advantage Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in process management, organizational development or transformation projects Proven track record in establishing and developing process ownership, governance structures and KPI-based steering models Experience facilitating cross-functional initiatives and working with senior stakeholders at eye level Solid understanding of process and improvement methodologies (e.g. BPM, Lean), combined with hands-on experience in process analysis, mapping and redesign as well as working with common process management tools Structured, pragmatic and execution-driven working style, paired with strong analytical skills and a high level of ownership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset; fluent in German and English (business level) Flexibility to travel (10%-20%, depending on based location)
